Maia spent some time with family over the school holidays and got her Nanna, Grandad, Uncle and Auntie involved in the battery hunt.
Her Auntie and Uncle collected lots of batteries, then her Nanna and Grandad counted them with her. Then they took her to the supermarket and local refuse centre to recycle them all.
